Home caretaking rates are determined by:
1. The length of stay 2. The type and size of the home or estate 3. Type of security measures needed 4. Number and type of additional services Home only rates are determined on a case-by-case basis. Every situation is different. Rates will be modified to include a trip charge or international travel, landscaping, car care or other unique circumstances such as remote locations or UHNW homes. We take cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. We are very flexible and will negotiate rates as all sits are unique. Home caretaking duties include:
• All typical home security in place (surveillance and alarm systems) • All normal plant care/watering • Daily mail retrieval • All regular pool maintenance • Any needs for us to address while you are away (remote issues etc.) • All typical house maintenance and cleaning (additionally, we do a thorough and meticulous cleaning before your return) • Any typical snow removal, trash removal, or regular green waste (Hawaii etc.) • Assisting any contractor or service work • Any emergency preparations that may be needed (Such as hurricanes or wildfires, with which we have experience!) We are looking after your home so you can enjoy your time away and not be preoccupied or concerned about your personal belongings. Your privacy is important to us as we are vigilant and attentive to your needs. From an outside observer, your home will still appear "lived in" while you are away. We are available 24-7 for you to call while you are away. Additional duties or responsibilities can be discussed and arranged upon request. These duties can include but are not limited to painting, landscaping, repair work, exotic animal care, large farm animal care, errands needed while you are away, multiple locations or estates, high-end auto care and security. We are always able to visit by video/zoom call prior to your trip. This will allow us to get a better idea of your unique situation and needs.
